Return/Refund Policy

You may return full-priced items for a refund postmarked within 7 days of receipt.  Items must be in original condition and not be worn, altered or washed, and must have original tags and packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

We do not offer exchanges at this time.  If you need a different item, size, etc., please place a new order and return your full-priced items for a refund. 

To process returns, please email us at with the title 'Return' and provide a brief description for the return and your order number. 

For US returns:   A return label will then be sent to you within 24 hours.  If you choose to use our domestic return label, a $9 fee will be applied to your refund. 

For International Returns:  You will be emailed an international mailing label which you can use to send the item to be returned.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs, and should you choose to use our label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.  Securely pack the item(s) in an appropriate box or envelope and clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. Send the package back to us using either the mail carrier designated by our shipping label or a trackable delivery service of your choice.  We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.  

Once your return has been received and approved for refund, you will be credited within 3-5 days.  

Please note all shipping costs, taxes, and duties are not refundable.
